Customer Service Representative - Telecom (Ville Saint-Laurent)

​

We are looking for ambitious people who are eager to learn, motivated, resourceful and comfortable speaking to people on the phone. Complete in-house training is provided - no experience in telecom necessary. Candidates being considered for this position must be bilingual, pleasant on the phone, capable to work in a team environment, adaptable and reactive.

Main functions:

- Answer customer calls

- Provide updates to customers

- Open trouble tickets with suppliers

- Troubleshoot service issues

- Place orders with suppliers

- Soft sell existing customers

- Accounts receivables

Competencies:

Microsoft Office

     - Word

     - Excel

     - Outlook

Problem-solving skills

Customer service skills

Education: High school diploma (DES) - completed

​

Experience: None required

​

Languages: 

French (spoken and written)

English (spoken and written)

​

Other remuneration: commissions and performance bonus
